The Slang compute-shader emitter for Unpopped, and the first idiomatically non-C-family one: HLSL overloaded intrinsics rather than C's suffixed math functions, `StructuredBuffer` operands, and a `[numthreads]` entry. It exists as much to shake C-shaped assumptions out of the neutral seam as to serve Slang — a backend that cannot reuse the C spellers is what proves the seam is a seam.
