Chip backends for rusty_esp_video: the WRAP crate. The Track A stream server over std::net (what ESP-IDF's std gives the chip, so it runs on the host unchanged), `esp-idf` for the IDF-only pieces, `esp-hal` for bare metal. The only crate in the workspace allowed a fenced unsafe block, and only at an FFI boundary.
