The FusionVault Streams internal exchange: Arrow-IPC-carrying frames over kernel TCP on tokio, with N flows per worker pair, one owner task per socket direction, and credit-based flow control. The transport moves opaque channel-tagged frames; the engine maps its Data/Watermark/Barrier signals to and from them.
