fbui test harness: golden-image snapshot assertions for the software renderer. Compares a tiny-skia Pixmap against a committed PNG with a per-pixel tolerance, writes an `.actual.png` + a side-by-side diff on mismatch, and refreshes goldens when FBUI_UPDATE_SNAPSHOTS is set. A Phase 2 deliverable in its own right (PLAN §4).
